Orders Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed before 17:00 (GMT) are usually processed the same or next business day. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracker number and courier link.

Shipping Costs

We offer free tracked shipping on orders shipped within the United Kingdom.

There is no minimum order value required.

All prices displayed on our website including handling and delivery costs unless otherwise stated. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown at checkout.

Delays, Customs, and Delivery Issues
